JAG’s design represents a crossroad between sustainable living and contemporary architecture.

Brand New Land’s newest development, JAG, is set to impress. Part of their upcoming RAINFOREST COLLECTION of biophilic centered landed homes, JAG is inspired by the rainforest and engineered using sustainable and hassle-free techniques. Located in District 20, the neighborhood teems with life and energy, with close proximity to amenities and facilities such as Upper Thomson, Junction 8 in Bishan and the bustling Ang Mo Kio Hub.

Designed in collaboration with Mark12 Architects, JAG’s design reflects sleekness, precision and balance. The interior centers on flow and connectivity between the different parts of the house, with an open concept for the kitchen and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light into the home while the incorporation of an alfresco deck provides ample space to entertain friends and family. The incorporation of wood elements adds a sleek and precise touch to the home whereas the neutral hues of grey and forest green invites harmonious balance into each space.
