Rather than presenting a property as it is, real estate developer Brand New Land Group(BNL) understands the potential with helping potential tenants to imagine what a space could be.

Working in collaboration with local designer Clay Loke, BNL envisioned a collision of the past and present - bring back Serangoon road as “the road leading across the island” and what we see today as a vibrant tourist attraction - to create a gift shop and working space for the local creatives.

Utilizing gaming rendering technology, Reality Media turned our client’s vision and design into photo-realistic perspectives. Helping them to transform the way they market leasing properties.
